I'm Andrea-the photographer who loves telling stories with my images through emotive and meaningful photographs of love, connection, and adventure for over 10 years! Lume Photography is an elopement and wedding photographer in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near Houghton, available throughout MI and worldwide. I learned a lot about the industry and even the plants themselves that I never even knew about, the training videos (while boring) were very informative, although maybe a little too long.Lume Photography Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: wedding Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Wedding Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Connection Lume Photography: Elopement Lume Photography: Wedding My mistakes were never treated like the end of the world either, I come from a long background of customer service jobs so I know how bad some bosses can be. Luckily management never made me feel like I was alone when dealing with difficult customers and always had my back and for the most part the customers were often laid back and knew what they wanted or some were just looking to experience something new, it was rare to have an entitled customer, but it did happen occasionally. The hardest part of the job was just waking up for the morning shifts, or like any customer service job, the customers. Management at my location was amazing as were my co-workers! I never felt like I had to take on more than I was asked, the pay was great and I enjoyed providing a service to my community. Maybe I got lucky, but my short (seasonal) time here set my standards for how employees should be treated by their management. When there is not it feels more like sitting in detention than working a job. When there is work to be done it is fun selling weed to customers. Corporate is more concerned with rules that have no effect on sales than they are with employee morale or retention. I understand that work is meant for work but after all the chores are done and there are no customers you'd think they would let us do more than watch paint dry. No books, no crosswords no anything unless it's cannibis related. Use Google to look up a SFW fact on the computer? It's a write up. Need to look at Google maps to find your way about town? It's a write up. If they see you look at your phone to check the time, it's a write up. Management also doesn't have anything to do so they spend their time watching you on the security cameras. There isn't enough work to occupy your time and when times are slow you may not do ANYTHING to stimulate your brain. ![]() Imagine sitting and looking at a wall for six hours of your eight hour shift.
